Shipping Rates & Order Processing
Free Shipping
Kick Theory offers FREE shipping on most orders within the contiguous 48 United States except some special models/brands. No minimum required. Simply choose this option during checkout to redeem your free ground shipping on us.
Shipping Rates
The shipping rates for the contiguous 48 U.S. states are as follows:

* Business days are defined as "Monday through Friday" and not including holidays and weekends. For example, 2-3 Day shipping means an order that ships out on Tuesday would be delivered on Thursday or Friday, and an order shipped out on Friday would arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Processing/Handling Time
At Kick Theory, we process and ship out our orders within 24 hours. Please keep this in mind as it may impact your Estimated Delivery Date. Some items may require longer processing time, and this will be noted in the product's description.
Shipping Carriers
We ship all of our United States orders via DHL, USPS and FedEx.
Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay as methods of payment on our online store. All items are listed and billed in US Dollars.
All payments are processed through our secure Shopify checkout and are held with the highest level of PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards for your safety. More information on the security of your payment information can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Shipping Restrictions
Matching Addresses
The billing address and shipping address provided at checkout much match. Only orders with matching addresses will be shipped, otherwise it will be cancelled.
Lost in Transit
Kick Theory is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
Cancellations
Kick Theory cannot intercept a package to alter delivery once it has been shipped, so be sure to check over your order carefully before ordering.
Combining Orders
Shipping for orders placed separately cannot be combined, and any applicable shipping costs will not be refunded at this time.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer International Shipping.
Other Information
Taxes
All residents of the state of Georgia, USA will be charged 6.0% sales tax on purchases from kicktheory.com.
Order Confirmation & Order Status
Once an order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. We advise you to keep this email for your records as a digital receipt. To access your order status, check the Orders section in your Kick Theory account for more information.
