At Kick Theory, we strive to provide quality products that meet your expectations. In the case that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund, exchange, or store credit, and we will gladly work with you to improve your experience with us. 


Online Returns

Online Return Requirements

Requirements for online returns at Kick Theory are as follows:

  • Item is postmarked and returned within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of original order (Launch Products are excluded and no returns will be accepted i.e. Yeezy, Retro Jordans, etc)
  • All launch products are final sale, no exceptions
  • Item is in a new condition (unwashed, unused and unworn)
  • The return includes all tags, cards, boxes and/or other accessories that came with the product
  • The return must be double boxed or in its original packaging to ensure safe shipping

Please Note: No refunds will be issued for merchandise returned in a used or damaged condition, and will be returned to the sender.

Return Shipping

If returning your item by mail, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. If you choose to use our pre-paid label, $8.99 will be deducted from your refund/credit to cover the shipping and handling costs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you choose to send your return back via your own shipping method, we suggest you insure and track your package as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In Store Returns

Stop by our store for quick and free in-store returns and exchanges.

Requirements for in-store returns are as follows:

  • Item is returned within seven (7) days from the receipt of original purchase
  • Item is in a new condition (unwashed, unused and unworn)
  • Item includes all tags, cards, boxes and/or other accessories that came with the product
  • Proof of purchase and/or receipt must be presented at time of return/exchange

Return Exemptions

All purchases marked as clearance are considered final sale and will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a defective item or not the one you ordered? We want to make it up to you. You return the item, we will cover the shipping costs for free.
Visit us at our store or contact us at about your defective or incorrect item. We will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue. 

Refunds and Exchanges

To complete your return and refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be returned to you via your original payment method.  For online returns, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item once your item has been inspected. We will credit your account within ten (10) business days and you will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed. 

No exchanges are offered at this time. If you shopped on our online store, we suggest that you return your item and open a new order with the size or model that you desire.
